Dr. Mtonga N. Isaac is a Lusaka-based software engineer, educator, and entrepreneur specializing in websites, software, and mobile applications. His journey reflects resilience, innovation, and a deep commitment to African digital empowerment.

Timeline of Innovation

• 2023–2024: Developed Mtonga Isaac Pharmacy (www.mtongaisaacpharmacy.com) using Google Blogger without relying on website builders.
• 2025: Created BlueEye (lost due to a Windows crash and drive format) — a lesson in the importance of data protection.
• 2026: Began developing SunEye-Media and registered under PACRA; launched on the Google Play Store on 25th June 2026.

Manda Hill IT Excellence Hub

On 2nd March 2026, Dr. Mtonga Isaac enrolled at Manda Hill Excellence Hub, a private college in Lusaka, for a one-year ICT course (concluding March 2027) to advance his programming skills while actively developing SunEye-Media.
